About Bobby

BOBBY KOKAVEC

Born in Windsor, Canada, Bobby's tennis career started at the age of 14 after winning 6 Canadian national championships in both singles and doubles.  From there, Bobby was  selected to represent Canada for the world youth cup and sunshine cup.  As a junior he won the Orange Bowl in doubles and was a semi finalist in singles. 


Things took off from there as Bobby was a Davis Cup member and player for 10 years, reaching an ATP ranking of 200 singles and 130 doubles, and  was on the Sydney Olympic team.  Bobby has played in Wimbledon, US Open, and French Open.  He has had  8 wins over top 50 players in singles and over 20 doubles wins over top 50 teams. 


Bobby was inducted into the Windsor and Essex county Hall Of Fame back in Canada 2014. Bobby is experienced  working with all levels from Professional Touring Players, College Players, and Rising Juniors to recreational players looking to have fun and get exercise!


Bobby's passion for the game shines through and motivates the people he works with.  He has a true love  of tennis and will bring out the best in each player he coaches.
